- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
- We currently ship across Canada.
- All jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
- Delays caused by weather, customs, or courier partners are beyond our control.
Delivery:
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified value.
- Signature upon delivery may be required for high-value orders.
- If the package arrives damaged, an unboxing video is required within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is damaged during transit.
- Refunds will be processed only after verification of the damage claim.
